Tuesday February 4 2014 12:38PM The paralegal who answered the phoned got huffy when I started to introduce myself and explained that she was not the normal person to answer the phones. When she took the responsibility to answer the phone she took on the mantle of diplomat and she represented the firm. By having an attitude when I asked when would be the best time to call back. She turned me off to calling back.
