Disappointed with my experience. I had my taxes for 2025 done on March 13, 2026. I was supposed to receive a refund, but when I checked with the IRS via the website it appears to be hung up in processing. I was informed through the site I would receive a letter in about two weeks, and to follow the instructions in order to solve the issue. That has been over a month ago, and I have not received anything. I have not been able to contact anyone at the IRS, and now I am wondering if some of my forms were not sent.
