They answered and were able to help me immediately.
My husband and I hired Howard to file our 2021 tax return. After we signed everything, he’s supposed to e-filed it. But IRS sent us a notification stating that it has not been submitted until today. We sent an email few weeks back and then tried to call his office to get an answer, but no one is responding to the calls nor replying to the email until today. It’s very hard to have an effective communication with him. All we need is the proof that it’s been e-filed so we can provide it to the IRS. But no response.
