I had a terrible experience with McDonald and Kimball PC. I purchased a home through them, trusting that they would handle the legal side properly. Unfortunately, they failed to do the necessary investigation on the property. Because of their lack of thoroughness, I’m now stuck with multiple citation violations from the City of Syracuse that date back before I even owned the home. A very professional and courteous individual. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled and to inform and explain everything as it was going on. What more could you ask for.
