Horrible lawyer. Will take your money and not do his complete job. Thad McCormick said he would make sure there was no money owed on the property I was buying and after I bought it, I found out there were HOA fees owed. I went to speak to him about it and he said he was not doing anything about that. I would have to deal with it. I would go somewhere else if I were you.
