McAnalyTXs, Inc has a great tool. It easy to us and produces the results needed so one can make good decisions.
Their tools are exceptional. However, more importantly, their staff and leadership team have the vision, integrity, and customer focus that provides a level of trust that all of us hope for in a relationship with our vendor partners.
When we saw the MCA demo we added them to short list for claims modeling and payment variance software. The product is awesome, exceptionally intuitive, and robust. The software and staff support provided by MC AnalyTXs has been very effective in providing Gerald Champion Regional Medical Center the capability to model our payer contracts, calculate the expected reimbursement on our claims, and identify short payments. Truly the best, most thorough, detail oriented, persistent (at dogging the payers), retrospective Medicare audit recovery firms I've ever experienced. We refer to them at our hospital as "The Anti-RAC". Given the government's declared war on providers, we need MCAnalyTXs on our side!
As a "turnaround CFO" I have had several occasions to invite MCAnalyTX to the party to discuss a new managed care payment system. Each time, the process has included at least two other competitor companies and the hospital's staff - Reimbursement, Managed Care, PFS - has unanimously chosen MC AnalyTX as the system of choice.
This onboarding and experience has been superb!!! The system is user friendly yet powerful to show the user underpayments, and denials to collect. Jenny is well versed in the system and functionality and is very easy to communicate and discuss issues for finalization/completion. She and the others we have talked to knows their stuff!!
