After a good meeting with one of the owners I want to update my post and rating. The issue was resolved and the process explained. After my new interaction with staff I'm pleased with the outcome and would recommend them to anyone. If you dive TriMix this is your shop.
I want to thank MBT Divers (Maximum Bottom Time) for resolving a dangerous equipment issue and getting me safely back in the water. After having my Zeagle Stiletto BCD in for a full annual service by a different shop, the power inflator stuck open during a cavern dive at Morrison Springs. The sudden, uncontrolled maximum inflation of the 35 lb rear bladder drove me into the cavern ceiling hard enough to cause a head injury. Gary was the . Made the experience fun while educational and safe. We came as a family with our 12 year old daughter and he was great with her.
Called about filling my tanks and when I got there they wanted to charge $40 a tank, on top of the $14 fill, to purge them with oxygen before filling. No other dive shop has ever tried to charge me for that. The way that information was presented was not pleasant.
Micah was incredible with Open Water Certification. The conditions didn’t lend themself to cooperation but with his patience and dedication, he got everyone through. Really great experience and everyone at the shop was fantastic.
