Lisa was not helpful at all. She kept on suggesting me going to the Rochester locations. The whole point of me using them was because it was local. If I wanted to go to Rochester I would have used my other two banks I currently use. At the end of the conversation she asked me if I had an appointment. Of course I didn’t…that’s why I called up there to get some information so I didn’t waste your time or mine. I ended up opening an account with home federal in Kasson.
