Had my first sports massage due to stiffness in my back and it was a great experience. Jorge was very professional and informative and also was given great advice in regard to posture/nutrition/hydration etc. Also felt a great improvement in my back since the massage. Highly recommend!
Had my first sports massage with Jorge on Friday and it was amazing! His knowledge was excellent, made me feel really comfortable during the massage and gave me really good advice about my nutrition, hydration and posture to help me in the future.
