LOVE MBody! I’ve been going for about 2 years and notice a huge difference when I miss for a significant time - if you’re interested just try it! Miranda is the best & makes the whole experience really comfortable and enjoyable.
Such an amazing experience! The EMS workout was incredibly effective—I got a fantastic full-body workout in a short amount of time. Miranda was so fun, encouraging, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The red light therapy, oxygen therapy, and Normatec compression massage afterward were the perfect finishing touch. I left feeling energized and can’t wait for my next session. Highly recommend!
