I used MBM for the first time recently. Mike transported my wheelchair bound husband to a medical appt. He was very friendly yet professional and punctual with both the pickup and drop-off (both ways). He always communicated well with both phone calls and text messages and my husband was very comfortable with the ride (side ramp, very convenient). Competitive rates. I'm very satisfied and will definitely use MBM again.
