Just completed a local move within Greensboro with American van lines and the crew was very detailed and careful. They crew was thorough and gentle in their packing. Asked questions when unsure of direction and were extremely communicative. Only had one item that was lightly scratched and the driver Mike was insistent about documentation. too horrible of an experience to summarize here!! Doesnt matter because even the owner does not care......absolutely nobody will even return a phone call.....Extremely unprofessional!! Have tried to contact a minimum of 6 individuals there!!! Thanks to Theresa Collie at American van lines my issues have been resolved...Thank you for your efforts Theresa!
Absolutely appalling experience. The movers did not show up at all and no one even seemed apologetic. It was rescheduled for the next day (with absolutely no explanation). Terrible communication, terrible service. Do not trust this company with your move.
