This was hands down the most dangerous and worst experience I have ever had with Enterprise. I booked a rental for 3 days through the website 2 weeks in advance. My flight was supposed to land in Scottsbluff at 5:26 pm. My flight was delayed and didn’t arrive until 8:40 pm. There had been a snow storm and the weather was -15°! Myself and another passenger were scheduled to get our vehicles however, Enterprise closed early for the day. Neither of us were informed of this! I had a terrible situation that brought me to the beautiful town of scottsbluff, I need a car so bad to commute from the hospital to the hotel and pharmacy...bottom line Keenan was very professional, kind, and amazingly helpful.
