I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise in Scottsbluff. Despite confirming my reservation with the branch manager three days in advance, no vehicles were available when I arrived. Staff on site admitted this was a common issue at this location. With no timeline for when a car might become available, I had no choice but to drive to Cheyenne, Wyoming, where the team was professional, helpful, and quickly provided me with a vehicle at the same rate. I had an outstanding experience returning my rental at the Enterprise location in Scottsbluff, NE (1919 Delta Dr). The team was incredibly nice, friendly, and professional—great communication from start to finish. They hooked me up with the best price and discounts I’ve ever seen at any Enterprise, making the whole process quick and seamless. Plus, they even dropped me off at the airport without any hassle. I loved the service I received from Kevin at at the Scott's luff, Nebraska location. He made sure to get me into a rental quickly so I could make it to my brother's memorial service after a deer totalled my car. I was so blessed by his kindness and care. And when the air conditioner failed in the first rental, he made sure I was again cared for in the car swap out at the Omaha Airport. Everyone of the Enterprise personnel I worked with was wonderful. I really appreciated all their efforts.
