Needed to arrange a rental for Saturday when the location is closed. Spoke to Kevin (the manager) and even though they were overbooked he made it work out and kept me posted during the process. I use Enterprise all over the country and this level of service is not normal. Only a few locations would get five stars from me. This is one of them. Hope upper management reads this and if you don't recognize and reward these extra efforts you will end up with employees who just show up for a paycheck.
The Scottsbluff employees that I dealt with went out of their way to make my everything about my trip as easy and nice as possible. Thank you to Nate and Kevin.
Everyone was on their game. The check-in and check out went very smoothly, the communication was very clear, everyone was very friendly, and the car was great!

Rented a car for a trip to South Dakota as mine was getting work done for the weekend. Me and my son were treated very well. Pick up was easy and everything was explained and there were a few add ons for extra protection just incase. Was up upgraded from a Nissan type compact to a Toyota corolla. Which was such a nice car and made the trip even better the gas milage was amazing. Drop off was easy as well. If you need to rent a car for a weekend or a day I really recommend this enterprise car rental location
