MBK Chapman is the place to go if you’re a homeowner and are having issues with your HOA. My case was pretty crazy. For over two years, my monthly assessment had increased without ever receiving notices. On top of that, they were charging me late fees each month also without any notices. Meh. MBK Chapman is a law firm that represents owners filing suits against their homeowners' association (HOA) or condominium owners' association (COA) as well as other real estate issues.
