MBK Chapman is a law firm that represents owners filing suits against their homeowners' association (HOA) or condominium owners' association (COA) as well as other real estate issues. Although expensive, this firm is worth it. (Face it, lawsuits are almost always costly.) I was okay with the work done by my attorney, James Walter, of the Boca Raton office.
