Massage and facial 5/5 Ease of booking 4/5 Facilities/atmosphere 3/5 I had a wonderful massage and facial with Diane, and would highly recommend her for treatments. I only gave 4 stars because booking is back and forth through email. It would be much easier if they had a dedicated online booking system. It's also not the fanciest of spas despite it being in a 5 star hotel. I think there were only two treatment rooms? No saunas or area to relax after the treatments.
