All about the money. Every member of my treatment team told me to get referred to a specialist on my next provider appointment. I walk in and get blindsided by Dr. Riba who places me on MMI instead even though they have failed to successfully treat my injury. MBI preaches "we're here for you not the employer" as soon as I get a new employer they put me on MMI and discharge my case. The office staff was fantastic!
This was my first work injury related experience and I’m more than happy with the care that I received. From the moment I walked in, I felt the warmth of the front staff. My doctor and physical therapist were both amazing and helped negate the need for surgery. All in all, this place was amazing!
