I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a medical office here. The staff was completely unprofessional and dismissive from the moment I walked in. I was treated with disrespect, and denied basic accommodations like water while trying to complete a required test. Instead of helping, they created a hostile and intimidating environment. From October of 2025 until today, March 12th, 2026, I have had PT (Ericka), and Chiropractic treatments (Dr. Bunker) at MBI in Longmont. I have been completely impressed with the amount of caring, skill, and assistance I have received. Ericka knows her stuff. She helped me to get stronger and shift back to being 100%. I am currently still a patient here and wasn't going to post this because of that.. but I have to say something. Unfortunately Dr.Long went on leave so I started being seen by Dr. Comfort.. I had decompression surgery were they removed the bottom piece of my skull at the top part of my vertebrae. Since that surgery I still had this symptoms I did before the surgery...
