Good God, I've been here 2 1/2 hours and I'm STILL waiting. There was a total of 1 other patient here when I got here at 7 AM. Why on Earth is it taking this long? I've got a full time job, which is why I showed up right when they open. Why it takes 3 hours to drug test 2 people in total is beyond me. I have no idea how they have a 4 star rating. This is seriously CRAZY. They aren't remotely quick or efficient.
Extremely rude clerk. 40 minutes after my appointment, I left. Waiting room is disgustingly dirty. They called later and told me “it’s a Saturday, you have to be more understanding.” No, I don’t. If the business knows Sat will be busy, the business needs to plan accordingly.
I came to MBI for my DOT medical exam. The whole experience was terrific! I didn't have to wait long to be seen and everyone is friendly and professional. Special shout-out to Skie! She's an absolute ray of sunshine and goes above and beyond to welcome anyone who comes in. She's also a first class MA. As a commercial driver, I'm well-aware of the stress that DOT exams can cause. Everyone at MBI works hard to make the process as easy as possible. Well done!
The doctors, the pts, and the office manager were all very kind, caring, and helpful. They truly cared for my physical well being.
After an injury at her work i arrived with my wife sometime just some time after noon. In the near hour and a half ive been waiting my wife has sat without being looked at it checked on a single time. The entirety of the time im waiting i eavesdrop on employees and notice what might be an appropriate time to at least check on my wife. Update: after nearly 2 hours an eventful 20 minutes transpired.
