This location has rude staff and an incompetent PA (Lawrence Lopez). Forced to use this company because of my job, I thought that my health would be the main concern. It wasn't. The PA was more concerned with fooling around with one of the staff like they were two kids on a playground instead of taking care of patients. The work restrictions on my paperwork were so vague that I was forced to work unsafely without being able to fully use my limbs. They also do not like ANY questions. Got hurt at work, they sent me here. change your doctor through ICA to actually go to a specialist. I got passed around to three doctors and an NP. I'm convinced these doctors thought X-rays and MRI was the same thing. This place is just designed to get you back to work rather than care for your injury. Avoid going here or change your doctor.
Drs are not on the same page one says one thing another says different. Unprofessional….dr had his child in the office more concerned about what the child wants for dinner instead of taking care of patients
Been here almost an hour for a simple drug test still haven’t even got my ID back. You have 3 women and a man sitting in on a computer watching a video just talking and laughing. Another younger man just walking around in the back. Like seriously this is ridiculous
mbi has been amazing and helping me with my injury and getting me the right treatment. I just wanna give a big shout out to Kim, Erica, Angel, Cassandra, Rosalinda, Kathy, Fatima, Mr. Lopez.
