Short Version: I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with möbel. After communicating my desk requirements, they placed an order with the wrong desk dimensions. I didn’t catch the error, and they delivered a desk that wasn’t what I requested. After 11 months of back and forth, they finally sent the agreed upon desk surface but neglected to replace the support rail that now needed to be longer, despite my repeated mentions that I would need a new support rail. Thank you to Rana, Stéphane, and the team at Mobël! I received excellent service and am thrilled with my new Embody chair for my home office. Although shipping took a while due to back orders, I was kept informed throughout the process. It was well worth the wait for the price and support.
