I don't have a loan with them but Jason helped me in a bind. I was in danger of not being able to close a loan, a week before closing. Talking to him, he was flexible enough to accommodate my situation by rushing my application with a strong guarantee to close. Though, I ended up not needing their service because we ended up being able to close with the original lender but he followed up the day of to see if i was able to close just fine. Strong follow up game :)
