Iam assigned to care for a resident at Roland Park Pl. employed by MB healthcare agency. I’ve been here almost 2 years. I work five days a week eight hours with one of their residence. I've been using this company 24/7 for a full year and I would NOT recommend them to anyone. In the past year I've had over 40 caregivers for my husband. They are so unreliable! The caregivers call out at the last minute and they leave without any notice. My understanding is they also work for other agencies and can go where they want on any specific day. They really don't care about your loved one or the stress it causes. I treat them really good, but that's gotten me nowhere. I've spoken to the owner, but he was no help. I ... read more
