The worst website and barely any finance management software can connect to it.
This is the worst bank/financial company I have ever dealt with. They are completely incompetent. I have a loan with them and they have been claiming in do not have insurance coverage on my vehicle. After months of arguing with them and sending them proof that not only do I have coverage but extra coverage also. They still continue to send me letters stating I do not. I have the same issue as Joe. These guys are incompetent beyond comprehension or are plain old scammers. They have been sending me notices that they'll charge me for insurance when I already have coverage. When I sent them proof they said that the 'ADDRESS' of mb financials should be Richmond VA on the insurance, when on the loan that I took out from MB has the address from IL. It seems they are scamming their customers into charging for insurance on technical issues that they have probably invented to cheat.
