Went to see John Simpkans for a refinance of our home everything was great very easy to work with. He helped get me out from under Bank of America the worst ever to deal with.

Horrible experience. If your going to be doing FHA loan look elsewhere! They haven't the slightest clue on dealing with the process, this ultimately led to our deal on a home falling through, after our current home was sold! Don't walk, Run from this awful establishment! Don't work with Gary Dowling if you do decide work with this lender! Extremely incompetent, and insincere.. It's a shame how he can play with people lives.
