I was a Cole Taylor customer for many years (25 years). They were the bank for my small business and unfortunately MB recently bought them out. As a small business owner, Cole Taylor always had my back. MB, on the other hand, does not. MB does not mean business, it means bail on you. They do not care about their customers. MB Financial Its self is so helpful & easy to work with. This particular location however is not my favorite. The teller that was there when I went (which was twice) was rude, impatient, and condesending.
