Cynthia McDowell and Sean McGeehan have the worst customer service I have ever experienced dealing with lenders. I lost $1,000.00 earnest money because Cynthia McDowell was reading the tax rate for the wrong property and insisting she was right. Sean McGeehan had nothing but excuses and would never accept responsibility, but always present these arguments not relating to my issue at all. I plan on calling both of their bosses and also filing a complaint with the BBB.
Nick is awesome to deal with and banking needs.
