Giving it a 1 star because can't give 0. Worst customer service ever. I went there 2 weeks ago to close my credit card and get my security deposit back. The girl told me it will take 24 hours to get money so i called in next day to ask for update. Other girl said because its Veterans day money will be on Monday or Tuesday latest. Next week on Thursday i made a trip to this bank again and turns out money wasn't there. MB Means (big) Business. Which also means they don't give.a crap about the common person. Absolutely terrible at every branch I've been to. Bring back American chartered!!!
