Gave the new staff 3 chances.. I'm done. Rude, with no customer service, bad attitude, a manager who cannot get anything done on her own. When there is so many banks with better attitude within a block, I don't know why I gave them 3 chances. But I am now moving all my accounts, after 9 years and 3 mergers, to somewhere more stable and NICER! Scary all the fees they charge and how outdated their internet banking is, in this day and age! Be careful.
