When I called in regards of my account, the lady that picked up the phone was extremely rude and seemed so bothered when I asked her questions.
Most of the time I use the drive up thinking I would get faster service, but my waiting time just to be acknowledged is 10+mins and that's after ringing the button many time someone finally answers very rudely or bothered they tell you that they will be with you in a few minutes that was 15 minutes later for me because there was a car that came after me and left before me. I have banked at this location since it was known as Corus Bank. At that time it was a community bank, you knew the employees and they welcomed you when you came into the bank. This bank is not like that anymore. They remodeled the interior, and the lobby couldn't be more stark. I suggested to them they should add some plants to give it some warmth, but that was never done.
