One star is way too much for this business. I purchased a new Vermont Castings wood stove from Mazzeo's a few years ago. I also sub-contracted a complete chimney install from their sub-contractors. The sale of the stove went smoothly, but the after-sale service has been a huge disappointment. A piece to my stove broke off while under normal use.
