Lee's summit west is God's gift to banking, great and knowledgeable staff, and fun environment.
Visited this location today to open an account. I walked in and sat in the lobby chairs to wait for the next available person. Mind you there were no other customers in the store. I was never greeted or acknowledged. I waited for about 10min just to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but it wasn’t until I went to the front desk and spoke that anyone decided to help me.
