Karlene did a wnderful job when helping me transferring from my IRA account to create a IRA CD despite there being a hold on the funds in the IRA account due to a recent deposit. An employee at the Raymore Mazuma told me he couldn't create the CD until the hold was released. Karlene resolved the hold issue and created the CD. She also went out of her way to help me get a higher return on my CD.
