If we could give this company a zero rating that is what they would get. I wish we knew who the company was before purchasing our recliner sofa and read the reviews. This company does not stand behind it’s products (as seen by some of the other reviews) and is very good at not accepting any responsibility for the inferior product. Bought furniture through Costco through Mazin furniture supplier. I hope Costco will never do business with this company again! I had to change my love seat, it was sagging when sat on to one side ... then the three seater left side electronic recline switch stopped working ... poor customer support. I got that working then a two years later the loveseat left side control stopped working! I asked where to buy the parts and never heard back.
