The intial experience signing with them and going over things was pleasant and that's about it. Some things they were not very up front with and it left us in a less ideal position. We paid a ton of money to just essentially have a small claims case filed. We also got billed when they used the wrong address for the defendant. I can tell what the priority seems to be with them and it wasn't our best interest.
