Cannot wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone. I have worked with them for years but have received zero communication on numerous attempts for my tax purposes this year. It truly only takes a moment to connect and after numerous emails and voicemails disregarded, plus premium prices paid over the years… I am now in a scramble for the tax season. I would seek services elsewhere if you are a prospective client.
After a referral from someone whose opinion I valued, I used them to help resolve a family member's IRA situation. I would not hesitate to use or refer them -- thorough, professional and easy to work with.
