The owner complains about having to buy a lot of toilet paper. He buys the cheapest toilet paper he can. He runs out of toilet paper a lot. One time we didn't have toilet paper for 3 days. I reported it to the ombudsman. The owner Steve and the caregiver lied to the ombudsman and said that it never happened. Steve buys the cheapest food that he possibly can.
