What a terrible experience we have had with Kevin M***. He made inappropriate remarks to my wife when she went to see him and I had to work. He no-showed us on an appointment, said he was in hospital but he didn't even have anybody call us. He never returned a phone call even though my wife told him it was important. I just went in there for a 1pm appointment that his office manager scheduled and he was eating lunch and had no idea I was coming in.
