Mayra was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and concerns and always kept us in the loop of what was happening with our loan. She would also make sure we received emails of missing paperwork and made sure we understood why they needed it. I bought my first house!! Mayra was helpful every step of the way. She gave me a really good rate and my mortgage payment is less than we expected! I was so nervous I was not going to be able to close because I had a lot of things in my credit but closing went very smoothly today! I almost didn't close on my house if it weren't for Mayra's hard work. Thank you!
