My mother had an emergency issue with an ear infection and had seen the doctor for it the week before. Two of my family members called numerous times left messages voicemails someone finally answered the phone and said the nurse would call back and we never heard back from anyone. Had to take my mother to urgent care clinic to be treated for a severe ear infection.
