I would not recommend this firm or its partners based on my experience. I interacted directly with Adam T. Mandell and Jessica Rounds, expecting professional, independent legal advocacy. Instead, I encountered dismissive communication, lack of transparency, and minimal engagement with the substance of my case. If you are looking for a real estate lawyer I cannot recommend Bridget Schultz enough. We had many issues with closing on our house from the sellers and she did a fantastic job navigating those issues and being extremely transparent with me and where we were at in the process. She did everything possible to make sure that we would be covered legally when we finally got to close on our home. She was also very responsive to any emails or phone calls which I also greatly appreciated.
