A people that were as helpful as can be
I was referred by a friend to Charles Blaize and I needed him to help me with a mineral rights transfer. He told me he would help me and then I had to follow up with him 3 times in the period of a month and one week to be told each time that he would look into it and get back to me. The legal issue was never taken care of and I ended up going with another attorney who I could trust to be honest with me. Listen. he's a nice enough guy but just be forewarned. I had a very regrettable experience with Charles Blaize.
