When I emailed questions to this business about their various policies e.g. what is the criteria for a resident being moved out of an independent living apartment, they failed to respond to that question or any others. Do your homework.
My 86 year old grandmother moved here mid 2025, the apartment was renovated, clean and modern. she loves the location, with so many facilities and activities available at Maygrove to keep her occupied. the staff appeared to be kind and nice people and i met many of them helping her move in. she feels happy and safe there, and thats whats most important. her apartment is insulated with a heatpump - nice and cozy. the food available in the cafe area is fantastic.
Amazing job team with all the Xmas decorations, such a great place, My Nanny Loves it there was the best move for her
Take care to ensure that you thoroughly investigate this retirement village before your elderly loved one commits. My 86 year old mother has been encouraged/sold into a freezing cold apartment on the south side of the apartment building. It will never see any sun and has an outlook over a car park. This is no place for an elderly person who will spend more and more time in their apartment.
