We made an appointment for my father in-law and they were not even there. Would not recommend. very unclean inside and staff are rude

Very disappointed had a appointment with yosra Elias at 11.30 am Monday 20 th July in the reservoir home went to the appointment at the main reception area was told by receptionist that she is not in today no apology what so ever very unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone this is not the way to treat new clients and show a lack of communication

Benito - (Yarra wing) my father has been in this facility for nearly 2 years coming up in September. It's just over a 1 year that my father has not walked out of the facility due to his medical condition. Until yesterday he came to my house and had the best afternoon with me - daughter Maria and with some of his family members.. Thank-you so much Nehed. You are absolutely fantastic. After doing lots of research we chose Mayflower in Reservoir. I can honestly say that the care they gave my mother was amazing. She was well looked after and they made her feel comfortable so this made mum’s stay pleasurable and fun and comfortable. Thank you to Yosra for reassuring us of the care and also a big thank you to Susan for keeping us posted on mum’s daily progress. It was a pleasure going to see mum in a loving and caring nursing home.
