Everyone is friendly, they’re very helpful. I haven’t had any problems, with the staff for neighbors it’s really a beautiful and peaceful place to live When I moved in six years ago, it was still beautiful however, there’s been so much progress. I love it here, I feel at home here. This is my home. My neighbors are my friends. In good weather and when we’re all in good health, we all sit outside and visit every morning and every evening until it gets cold. Nothing is ideal, thus 4 stars. Overall, Mayflower affords me a large apartment-house I can enjoy with my fur babes. Maintenance responds to my work orders in a timely, efficient fashion. Love the grounds. Excellent for views and walking. My neighbors help make my Mayflower experience fulfilling. I love that I can visit my porch swing and enjoy a good book or cup of tea. I guess it’s 5 stars after all.
