Good place
We have just moved my parents into the Independent Living units and the whole process has been effortless. Lovely units, gardens and facilities with a real community feel. Heather has been wonderful. Highly recommend.
I wasn't going to write this but after the last 3 years of visiting my mother at this establishment and having one of our irreplaceable family paintings go missing from my mother's room and no follow up taken by the rude manager Rumesh I decided to write this review. Some of the reception staff have shown rudeness too! I think people should be aware of the lack of care taken by this establishement when it comes to your loved ones, The residents are left to sit there in chairs all day if they can't walk! MAYFLOWER Brighton is a very nice place to work. Friendly staff and supportive management. Would recommend MAYFLOWER Brighton to work and to live as an elderly as it is a caring environment over there.
