Thankful when we were looking at Mayfair Square for a townhome to rent, we entered the clubhouse and were greeted and welcomed, not by management but by two men that lived at Mayfair. These two men gave us the honest opinion about Mayfair, that enlightened us. Photos of Mayfair are so deceiving, please before you even think about renting there, do your homework. Believe me you do not want to put your money into rent at Mayfair.
Rent keeps going up 10%, staff that are rockstars are let go, tenants are only informed of negative matters and not informed of the clubhouse being used for private events. Clubhouse amenities are outdated. A positive note is meeting new friends who put up with the negative issues at Mayfair.
Dont move here rent goes up ten percent a year ,and the best part of this place which was the maintenance men were told today is your last day. Be prepared we are all next.
