This place got too expensive and too restrictive. Was a great place to raise young kids, has certainly devolved from our happy years spent there into an over priced, under tended to rental property. No hiking trails anymore, good luck with your security deposit. Paying less on my mortgage than my most recent renewal offer. Can't hate on a place that offered my family several good years, but seems increasingly apparent we left at precisely the correct time.

We lived in Mayfair for one year from mid 2023 to mid 2024 when we sold our home and needed a temporary place to live. The townhouses themselves are very nice and give you some extra space as compared to an apartment. The clubhouse and pool were also a nice bonus and staff was friendly and helpful. Now for the negative side- For units near the pool-It can get very noisy in the summer with all the pool activity. Parking is an absolute nightmare. Thankful when we were looking at Mayfair Square for a townhome to rent, we entered the clubhouse and were greeted and welcomed, not by management but by two men that lived at Mayfair. These two men gave us the honest opinion about Mayfair, that enlightened us. Photos of Mayfair are so deceiving, please before you even think about renting there, do your homework. Believe me you do not want to put your money into rent at Mayfair.

Rent keeps going up 10%, staff that are rockstars are let go, tenants are only informed of negative matters and not informed of the clubhouse being used for private events. Clubhouse amenities are outdated. A positive note is meeting new friends who put up with the negative issues at Mayfair.
