Pick up was fine. Price wasn't terrible. However, while making extreme points to my responsibility to any and all damages to the vehicle, the salesman failed to also point out the tolls and administration fee we would be charged on top of the regular rental fee of $900+. This was our first trip ever to this specific destination, which the salesman was aware, but opted to skip over that part of the contract. We rented a 12 passenger van to get a group to and from North Carolina. The staff was helpful and friendly. Ran into a little hiccup with roadside assistance, but other than that was a great experience. Highly recommend them!

Wait time for pick up was a little long, but otherwise everything was great. I did not have any problems with the vehicle but it would have been good to have a phone number that I could call if I did have a problem. Price and pickup location were good.

The local Hartford staff was wonderful. Sheryl during the pick-up phase and Curt during the return phase were extremely helpful and courteous. I shopped around and was very pleasantly surprised to find that Mayfair's prices were also the best around. Great job!
