Making the decision to file bankruptcy is already stressful and humbling enough without being treated poorly by the very people who are supposed to help guide clients through the process. I came to this office to make a payment, only to be greeted by a receptionist whose attitude was shockingly unprofessional. I’ll start by saying, aside from making sure I had what they needed. I didn’t have to lift a finger. My case has been handled with care and with speedy intent. Also the ladies up front are absolutely fantastic and very knowledgeable if not they will not hesitate to take time to get you what ever information. I can’t thank The Law office of Mayer & Newton enough for all their amazing, hard work!

I would represent myself before I would ever use this law firm. The way Richard Mayer spoke to me on the phone was degrading, rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I understand attorneys need direct answers, but there is a respectful way to speak to people — especially people who are already stressed, nervous, and looking for legal help. Vert hard to get them to talk on the phone instead of wanting to text ! Also , good luck with them sticking to the original plan . Pretty sad I get more info from an objected creditor’s attorney than my own attorney!

The Offices of Mayer & Newton are wonderful to work with. The staff are extremely friendly and supportive of a difficult situation you find yourself in. I highly recommend using there law offices for your bankruptcy protection. I especially liked talking to John P. Newton.
