Great place to learn
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Mayborn Science Theater! Due to a scheduling miscommunication on our end, our group of students arrived nearly two hours early. We were worried we would have to keep students waiting on the bus, but the staff completely turned the situation around for us. They went above and beyond by quickly organizing a hands-on straw rocket activity that kept our students engaged, excited, and learning. Good planetarium. Todays show was for grade school children.
Took my 13 yr old son to see "The Hot and Energetic Universe" on a Tuesday during spring break. The show was perfect for his age. He chose our seats on the back row. This ended up ideal, because there were quite a few kids. Not a negative thing, but my teens seem to prefer not to be grouped with grade school age. He "liked the view". The theater was clean, and the staff polite. Pricing was very affordable. We will definitely go again and bring more family along.
