I bought 2 brand new Ashley recliners. I brought them home myself. One of the recliner was missing support blocks in both of the armrests. Mayberrys offered to fix the chair. I declined their offer because I didn’t feel that I should have a new chair repaired after only having it for a day or two. Brought a Lazy Boy couch and recliner in February (6 months ago) and have an issue with my couch having a lean to it on one side. Two weeks after it was delivered I called to have someone come look at it. A guy finally came out and was here about ten or fifteen minutes and said he would order a part. Part finally came in and was put in and still did not solve the issue. Called back a couple of weeks later and they no longer had anyone to do repairs. Ive bought an entertainment center, Couch, Recliner and small end table from them. Probably around $5500 worth of furniture. All great quality but good quality does cost so dont expect ikea pricing

We have purchased two times with Mayberrys ,once a year ago when we bought furniture for our RV, which we loved . Just recently we purchased furniture for our den .I wanted a sleeper couch .They did not have one so they ordered one for me When it was delivered it was not at all what I had expected ,I didn't like it at all .Josh was our salesmen ,when I told him how disappointed I was, he worked so hard to find what I wanted and actually took the furniture that I didn't like back and ordered some beautiful furniture and switc... read more
