Ive bought an entertainment center, Couch, Recliner & end table from them. Probably around $5500 worth of furniture. All great quality but good quality does cost so dont expect ikea pricing Figured this was worth an update, been buying from them for several years now but moved quite a bit farther away but still shop with them especially if im around that area anyway. I came in looking for bookcases and a quite a few other pieces, and I left feeling talked down to and dismissed. The staff member kept insisting the items were “ornate” even though they were kind of plain, and when I asked if they could be made taller, he seemed to assume they would be out of my price range without even asking about my budget. Great store when they are selling to you. But my two Lazyboy recliners stopped working. Their repairman took 2.5 weeks to call us to setup an appointment. He was 2 hours late for appointment. He didn’t have the parts with him to do the repairs. So he made another appointment with me. He didn’t show up for that appointment and didn’t call. I waited another week for him to show up for the next appointment. Again 2.5 hours late for that appointment. He could not make the repairs. Mayberry's sells poor quality furniture and does not stand behind what they sell. We have been ripped off by Mayberry's twice. It won't happen again. Buyer beware!
