Mayberry's sells poor quality furniture and does not stand behind what they sell. We have been ripped off by Mayberry's twice. It won't happen again. Buyer beware!

I bought 2 brand new Ashley recliners. I brought them home myself. One of the recliner was missing support blocks in both of the armrests. Mayberrys offered to fix the chair. I declined their offer because I didn’t feel that I should have a new chair repaired after only having it for a day or two. I then ordered 2 new recliners from a different manufacturer through Mayberrys. It was going to be about a 4-5 week wait for the arrival of the new chairs. Brought a Lazy Boy couch and recliner in February (6 months ago) and have an issue with my couch having a lean to it on one side. Two weeks after it was delivered I called to have someone come look at it. A guy finally came out and was here about ten or fifteen minutes and said he would order a part. Part finally came in and was put in and still did not solve the issue. Called back a couple of weeks later and they no longer had anyone to do repairs.
